1979 Cache’ Cellars Pinot Noir

3/4/16-Knitters at the Viks.  Putting a pinot noir in a zinfandel bottle fooled all but Tim Curtis.  How does he do it?  Maybe it is because he can’t tolerate most all pinot’s.

1984 William Hill Cabernet

2/26/16-Knitters at the Fausts.  Incredibly healthy, fruity and well made cabernet.  Enjoyed by all.

2/4/16-Thursday El Dorado Hills wine tasting.  A variety of guess’s with most thinking zinfandel.  Hangtown reds probably have lots of zin.  The wine was quite enjoyable.

1985 Monticello Jefferson Cabernet

1/28/16- Thursday El Dorado Hills wine tasting.  This was an excellent example of a well made cabernet, designed to age.  Very enjoyable.

11/12/15- Thursday El Dorado Hills wine tasting.  A fairly fruity, interesting wine made in Herman, Missouri.
