2/8/14-The Curtis’s and Hennige’s met at the home of
Keith and Helen Faust to sample a small horizontal of Ch. Pegau Rhone wines
(2000, 2004 and 2009). The wines were
paired with a fabulous dinner consisting of Apricot-Glazed
Pork Roast, Boursin Creamed Spinach, scalloped potatoes and White Chocolate-Raspberry
Cheesecake.
