1974 Simi Cabernet

9/12/2012-The Wednesday Knitters was hosted by Dave and Ann Vik who provided a delicious chicken dinner.  The brown bag wine of the night was a 1974 Simi cabernet, another excellent example of a well made wine to last several decades.  The wine was still reasonably youthful and pleasantly fruity.
